For 60 pages, this ebook packs tons of information! I feel much more informed about anxiety in terms of triggers and how to cope with it. I also feel a more sense of normalcy considering the statistic provided that anxiety is such a common thing. I only gave this book 4 stars because I don't think that medication should be a way to manage anxiety. Following along in the book though, chapter 8 which is the final chapter really broke down several techniques to manage anxiety and also included many tips in terms of lifestyle changes that can also be incorporated along with the techniques. I received this product free for reviewing purposes, however my opinions are all my own.
