This is a great bbq recipe book containing only fish recipes. Generally speaking, most recipe books you find on barbecuing are steak and poultry. So it is nice to find one that is out of the ordinary and a variety of ways to bbq fish. I really enjoyed expanding my horizons by looking at these recipes. I would recommend it to anyone.
