This ebook has great content to get a beginner barbecuer on the right track in entertaining but the formatting is off so it is very hard to follow. I really like how this book has several instructions before actually getting into the recipes. Then after starting the recipe portion of the book it breaks them up into categories like beef, fish, and vegetables. I would still recommend this to a friend to get to know what they're doing I would just warn them of the formatting mishaps beforehand.
