Carex Bed Buddy Hot/Cold Pack (Health and Beauty)

Used mainly for the hot relief it provides. Love that it is microwave safe. Also love the rice within the sock combination so that it conforms with your body. Only reason I did not give five stars is because I wish it were a little longer. Used when pregnant and mainly wanted it for lower back relief and it did not quite wrap around certain areas I would have hoped for. I only weighed 130 when pregnant so I feel like it should have gone all the way around my back
