The rubber layer on the inside of the case makes this phone easily go in and out of your pocket. The hard outer layer just adds an extra layer of protection while adding style to this case. You would think the gold is metal but it is actually hard plastic, still shiny though. And the rubber is textured adding more design and durability. All ports are easily accessible and still fully functional even though the rubber layer covers the volume and power buttons. Definitely feel like my phone is protected and stylish at the same time.
