Very glad that this isn't the apple brand charger as those do not last very long before the plastic coating on the wire starts to fray. Really like how this charger has added protection on both ends of the wire near the usb plug and iphone plug which are the two places you handle this cord. This adds durability in both areas which are normally the first areas of any cord to start showing wear and tear. This definitely comes out on top of other chargers just with that added protection. Would recommend this product to anyone! I received this product free for reviewing purposes, however my opinions are all my own.
