Excellent array of information to anyone looking for some insight as to what yoga even entails. This ebook starts off very basic and simply introduces where the art form of yoga comes from and what it means. Next it breaks that down even further by talking about how the mind and body become one and its a form of meditation along with stretching and exercising. The ebook moves on by explaining different ways yoga can be helpful to people in many different ways. Lastly it provides pictures and explains different poses for beginners, what you can do to get started doing yoga, and also equipment you need to begin doing yoga. I love the layout of this book. It is much like a textbook but is a very quick and informative read! I am very much so interested in doing yoga and after reading this book I am even more intrigued by this amazing artform and having a better understanding of it am ready to take it on as a very relaxing hobby.
